Membership

We are a friendly community band and welcome brass players of all abilities. If you want to return to playing after a break this is the band for you. We have a selection of brass instruments that can be offered to new players if they do not have their own.

Our rehearsals are Tuesday and Friday from 7.30 to 9.30pm at Cheylesmore Community Centre, Arundel Road, Coventry CV3 5JX. We have an interval at 8.30pm for refreshments and a chat. A contingent of the band also nip into the Festival pub after practices.

Our subscriptions are only £3 per week.

Rehearsals

Vacancies

We are going to  the Area Contest in March 2019 at Kenilworth School, Kenilworth and need the following players to help us improve our position in the 4th Section

  • Eb and Bb Bass
  • flugel horn
  • front row cornet.

However, any committed brass band player is very welcome!
